Shari Glover is a speaker, coach, entrepreneur, and founder of Oregano Mama Coaching. She is committed to transforming the experience of individuals in their personal and professional lives creating balance, boundaries, and fulfillment allowing them to be fully present with the people they love and the causes they support.

Shari is a certified mindset coach and is skillful in helping individuals move past blind spots shifting them from surviving to thriving in life and business. After 20 years of working for large, multi-national corporations, Shari decided to “live life on her own terms.” She began her entrepreneurial career as she sought to create a life of balance and operate in her passion. Shari believes where you are in life is consistent with the decisions you’ve made about life and a few simple shifts can alter the trajectory of your life. A native of Tampa, FL, she holds a B. A. in English from the University of Florida and B.A. in Advertising from the University of South Florida.

When Shari is not busy assisting teams and individuals in creating personal and professional lives they love, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends including her two “fur-babies” Frankie and Oscar. She can often be found on a hiking trail year-round appreciating the sights and sounds of nature and loves to read with Frankie and Oscar curled up nearby.
