Dr. Hrabovsky an Assistant Research Professor in the College of Nursing in the Pennsylvania State University. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Adult Education with a Graduate Certificate in Adult Education in the Health and Medical Professions. In addition, she has a completed the simulation instructor course and developed the simulation program currently in place for the Penn State College of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner students. She also teaches several online education courses and has completed certificates in Foundations for Teaching and Instructional Practice. Dr. Hrabovsky is an Advanced Practice provider and Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist. She has developed and offered several specialized education programs for researchers and health care providers in tobacco treatment, history, and regulation. She has participated as an advance care provider in several clinical trials for tobacco treatment including inpatient, outpatient, and texting services to treat tobacco dependence. Furthermore, Dr. Hrabovsky manages and directs the Penn State employee tobacco intervention program.
