Shawn Sweeney is Director of Engineering and Release Train Leader at Quicken Loans, the nation’s largest online mortgage lender in America. He currently leads a group of technologists focused on communication and collaboration for our internal team members. Working with agile teams for more than a decade, Shawn has deep knowledge and experience building processes, analyzing metrics, and driving decision making. He has diverse experience leading software delivery teams and offers a unique perspective as a former software architect and engineer. When he’s not deep into process and metrics, Shawn can be found doing something outdoors with his two kids and dog.
