AI Literacy: Why AI Success Depends More on People Than Technology
Artificial Intelligence is becoming as fundamental to modern organizations as digital literacy was in previous decades.
As AI rapidly transforms the way we work, compete, and innovate, organizations face a critical challenge: ensuring that their people can understand, evaluate, and use AI effectively, responsibly, and strategically.
This session explores why AI Literacy has emerged as one of the most important competencies of the AI era and how organizations can develop it across teams, departments, and leadership levels.
Through practical examples and real-world use cases, participants will discover how to avoid common pitfalls, improve decision-making, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of responsible AI adoption.
More importantly, this talk demonstrates that successful AI transformation is not primarily about technology—it is about people. The organizations that thrive in the AI age will be those that empower their workforce to confidently work alongside intelligent systems.
