Shel brings 17 years of broadcast meteorology experience, including nearly 15 as Chief Meteorologist at KBTX (CBS) in Bryan-College Station, Texas. He holds a B.S. in Meteorology from Texas A&M and is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist.
