Sheryl Grant helps individuals to achieve more! After winning Ms. Olympia at the age of 55, Sheryl realized that transforming her body began with transforming her mind. She since has developed and launched the award-winning 'FIT for Life' platform that helps individuals and get more out of their business, career, and life!
Sheryl Grant is a silicon valley veteran, agetech advocate, consultant and Founder of FIT for Life, an award-winning social impact company focused on transformation in every area of business, career and life. In addition to 30 years as an Executive in Silicon Valley specializing in Sales & Strategic Partnerships (generating more than a Billion dollars for fortune 100 companies), Sheryl currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Oakland African American Chamber of Commerce, who raised more than $1 Million to support Black Businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently she served as the Executive Director of the Global Women's Leadership Network (Now 'How Women Lead'), that brought 20 women social entrepreneurs from 19 countries to Silicon Valley for annual leadership, networking, & entrepreneurship training and to secure funding from Bay Area investors and VCs.

Sheryl has also served as the President of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Oakland/BayArea Chapter where she wrote the curriculum for the Positive Steps Girls Program (girls 12-17) which focuses on mentoring, leadership development and mentorship in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). In this leadership role she raised over a $500K to support the organization's advocacy work around women and girls which included Positive Steps, Sistah’s Getting Real About HIV/AIDS and Financial Literacy Awareness. These programs helped to promote and pass legislation to support the rights of women and girls of color nationwide. Sheryl currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Oakland African American Chamber of Commerce–who raised more than 1 Million dollars supporting Black businesses over the pandemic–in addition to the Board of Directors for the Giving Back Fund.

Sheryl holds her Masters Degree in Leadership Development from St. Mary's College.
