I am Shilpi Mitra. I am a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft India. I am leading the hybrid and Migration charter in Azure Data. I have 18+ years of experience in building services and solutions in enterprise, cloud and security domain. Have successfully developed, grown and led high performing teams. Beyond work, I am passionate about contributing to the community. I actively engages in various forums, mentorship programs, and community events to share insights and lift up fellow women. My mission is to empower women in tech and create equitable opportunities.

I have a 11 year old son. I am based out of Bangalore, when not at work, I love to read books, dance, and pick up a pen or brush.
