(Strategy and Governance Enablement – AI, Data and App innovation)

• Microsoft Strategy and frameworks implementation and business process improvements
- Envision high-impact business use cases and alignment with business transformation goals
- Build and deliver comprehensive strategy with customer C-Levels and steering committees
- Design and deliver secure, scalable, Responsible AI and data governance architectures
- Apply Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Microservices and other industry recognized patterns

• Microsoft Products and platforms, advocacy and community building
- Host regular meetups and hackathons to bring together enthusiasts and professionals.
- Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Encourage feedback and collaboration among teams to identify areas for improvement

• Customer success planning and consumption acceleration
- Develop comprehensive customer success plans and execute by engaging key stakeholders
- Focus on customer priorities and accelerate cloud consumption revenue

(Hands-on Architecture and Code Development – AI, Data and App)

• Architect and Build
- Develop code Azure OpenAI, GenAI, LLMOps, Machine Learning and MLOps
- Implement Microsoft CAF, WAF, CSA and AI Strategy frameworks and accelerators
- Utilize Modern Tools: AI Foundry, VS Code, Power Platform, Power BI, MS Fabric, MS Purview
- Apply Microsoft SFI Framework to ensure Secure by Default and Secure by Design compliance

• Test and operationalize Code
- Draft and execute test plans for test driven development
- Follow best practices for coding standards, maintain clean, readable code.
- Agile and scrum deliveries and DevOps automation using ADO Pipeline and GitHub Actions
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions such as Application Insights to gain app health insights.

• Developers and end-Users training and Evangelism
- Stay informed, identify training objectives, assess training needs and create a training plan
- Develop high-quality training materials and choose the right delivery format
- Foster collaboration, provide support and guidance and create a positive learning environment
- Assess learning outcomes, gather feedback and Analyze Results
