I'm a engineer turned UX Designer and I've been in tech for about 6 years now. From working for a top 10 India MNC to working as a freelance consultant, then starting my own company and then ultimately designing for startups in the past 3 years, I've learnt a lot in tech. I feel good design when done correctly and when thunk upon critically can change the whole ecosystem of tech without seeming very obvious and that's what makes it a pivotal element of the development process.
