With over 16 years of experience in hiring for various geographies, Shobhit is the current Global Head Talent Acquisition and Candidate Experience for Adenza Group. Shobhit is responsible for leading the global talent acquisition team in India, Mexico and Europe and is responsible for planning and implementing Adenza’s talent acquisition strategy, developing policies and processes for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, sourcing and interviewing as well as ensuring a great candidate experience.

He previously worked with global companies such as FIS, Saba Software, and most recently Qualys where he led a 3x growth plan across. Shobhit has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Pune and holds a Post Graduate in Computer Application.
