Shubham Rane is an Advanced Application Engineering Analyst at Accenture, working on the part of the AI conversation nobody puts on a slide: the pipelines, the data models, and the governance that decide whether an agent answers correctly or invents something.

Over 3.5 years, he has led migrations of legacy applications to cloud-native data platforms, moving 50+ scheduled jobs and their dependency chains without disrupting go-live, and converting years of stored procedure logic into distributed processing on a Bronze/Silver/Gold Lakehouse design. On the AI side, he built the retrieval layer for a multi-agent system, taking it from keyword lookup to embedding-based semantic search, and curated the business glossaries and query rules that keep the agents grounded in real definitions.

He also led his team's adoption of AI-assisted development, authoring the instruction file that made generated code compliant with project standards. Migrations that took a week and a half now take four days, and notebook development dropped from a day or two to under half an hour.

Shubham holds an M.Tech in Data Science and Engineering from BITS Pilani, plus data engineering and AI certifications.
