I have worked in a consultancy role for IT solution providers for 25 years, specialising in Robotic Process Automation, Cognitive services, End User Computing, Citrix and software development. I am currently the lead software developer for the IA-Connect product at Ultima Labs.

My consultancy role involved working on projects at customer sites, designing and implementing process automations, technical solutions, providing bespoke training for on-site IT staff and troubleshooting complex problems. I also developed the uLogon profile management and profile migration tool which Ultima use with many of their Citrix implementations.

Awarded AppSense EMEA technical consultant of the year at the AppSense University 2015 event in England.

I have consulted on various different technologies including Thoughtonomy, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, AppSense/Ivanti Environment Manager, Microsoft App-V, VMware, Remote Desktop Services, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, Altiris Deployment Solution, SCCM, Checkpoint firewall and RSA SecurID.

I have developed a wide range of custom software solutions for customers in C#, VB.NET, C++ and PowerShell languages including Citrix Virtual Channel drivers, Exchange Event Sinks, Citrix compatibility tools, custom Citrix ICA and Microsoft RDP aware proxy servers, App-V tools, profile management software, Azure and O365 automation applications, network health monitoring services and Office add-ins.

I play with Linux, Raspberry PI, OpenHAB, Z-Wave, Python programming, Solar panels and my 3 daughters in my spare time.
