Simon (29, based in Berlin) is passionate about interaction design for XR, UI/UX and emerging technologies. In September 2021, he graduated with a Master's degree in Interaction Design. Until March 2021, he worked alongside his studies for 7 years in his own digital marketing agency as co-founder and Head of Design. He developed websites and marketing products for medium-sized and large companies such as SAP.

After march 2021, he quit his job and left his company in order to refocus his career and to follow his passion for XR. Since November 2020 he has been learning to prototype with Unity3D in C# to explore new multisensory design patterns for XR.

Since then, Simon has been working remotely at a Finnish startup called Doublepoint. The company is dedicated to explore natural input solutions for spatial computing. Simon's primary responsibility is to delve into the realm of this new natural, discrete, and intuitive input paradigm and discover innovative interaction patterns that can enhance the overall user experience.

He also volunteers as a national organizer for the TECHNIK BEGEISTERT e. V. association. Since 2013, he has been helping to organize the World Robot Olympiad in Germany - a robotics championship for children and young adults.
