Simon is a Principal Consultant at Improving - Cleveland, OH. Simon is a Microsoft Certified Solution Master: SharePoint -- Simon’s primary focus on Azure, SharePoint, Office 365 and full stack development. He also holds from Scrum.Org the PSM I and PSPO 1 certifications. He has over 20 years' experience writing applications in many languages including, Pascal, FORTRAN, BASIC, c, c++, c# and several JavaScript / Typescript based languages.

Simon is also a Tutor with Trilogy / 2U, coaching and mentoring full stack development code camp students.

Simon is also a volunteer in TEALS , helping to teach computer science at Bedford High School, and is active participant in the Conscious Capitalism movement. He also enjoys running long distance in his spare time having run three marathons (best time 3:33:47) and a one ultra-marathon since turning 45.
