She is the Founder and CEO of Shark En, an IT and business development company that helps startups, e-commerce brands, and creators scale through technology, automation, and growth strategy .Under her leadership, Shark En has supported businesses across India in launching, scaling, and systemising their growth journeys.

As a public speaker, Simran has delivered 100+ sessions and keynotes across India — including college tours and talks for Google and the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) she has trained and inspired thousands of students, entrepreneurs, and business owners on topics like startup growth, AI for business, scaling e-commerce , and personal brand and to young entrepreneurs and students as well on embracing technology, innovation, AI and business.
