Sofia Ikhlef is an entrepreneur and international project leader working in the technology sector, who has lived and worked in four different countries across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She has built and led initiatives in entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and community development in multicultural and evolving environments, including Côte d’Ivoire, Morocco, France, and Bahrain.

Through her experience in tech and cross-border work, she explores how legitimacy, credibility, and influence are built when traditional reference points are absent. Her work focuses on breaking invisible barriers and enabling individuals to create impact and lead effectively in uncertain contexts.
