Sofia Neto Canário goal is to help others to get the most of technology and therefore “unleash the potential of every team”. She is a mother of 3 amazing kids and at her free (?) time she is actively engaged at social Innovation movements. Besides being Head of Ecosystem Experience at Xpand IT and having more than 10 years’ experience with tools like JIRA & Confluence, Sofia is also Founder of Donate IT, a non-for-profit community that helps others non-for-profits with pro bono tech projects. Curious and passionate for learning, her main interests are Teamwork, Collaboration, Knowledge Management, Agile, DevOps, Social Innovation and Gender Equality.
