Dr. Segun H. Olugbile is a leading digital policy advisor in digital transformation, e-commerce, Internet governance, cybersecurity, and data protection. He is President of the Institute of Information Protection & Privacy (IIPP) and the National Digital Economy Coordinator of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (NACCIMA). He is a former member of the UN Internet Governance Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group (2014-2017), co-chaired the UN IGF Cybersecurity Best Practice Forum (2015-2017), and facilitated the Global IGF Main Session on Cybersecurity. Co-founded the Global Network for Cybersolution and the Nigeria Internet Governance Forum. a Senior Faculty at the Financial Institution Training Centre (FITC), . He is a member of the Global Skills Development Council's advisory board for cybersecurity (USA), and co-chair of the International Centre for Emerging Technology at the Federal University of Technology, Minna.
