I’m a Developer Advocate at Elastic and an open-source enthusiast who grew through community-driven collaboration. I enjoy building projects, exploring codebases, troubleshooting real-world problems, and continuously learning new technologies.
At Elastic, I lead and support developer advocacy efforts across cities in India, working closely with opensource communities to help developers and platform teams adopt and understand low-level designs, cloud-native technologies, K8s, o11y, search, machine-learning and Elasticsearch. I share practical insights through talks, demos, workshops, and technical blogs, with a strong focus on making complex concepts approachable and useful.

Scaling the Context Engine: Deploying Elastic’s MCP Server on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime
As AI moves beyond static RAG to dynamic, goal-oriented agents, developers face a critical challenge: how to securely connect natural language models to complex enterprise data without managing heavy infrastructure.
In this session, I'll dive deep into a production-ready architecture that combines Elastic’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) with the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime. I'll demonstrate how to transform Elastic from a search tool into a "context engine" that translates plain English like "find high-risk investment opportunities" into precise technical queries, all orchestrated within a serverless AWS environment.
Will be covering the end-to-end technical implementation:
• Amazon Bedrock AgentCore: AgentCore solves the "stateless" problem by injecting Mcp-Session-Id headers to maintain conversation context for isolation and providing robust memory management for your agents.
• Elastic MCP + Agent Builder: How to containerize the Elastic MCP server (using Docker and Amazon ECR) to enable dynamic "tool discovery," allowing agents to query logs, documents, and vector stores intelligently.
• Security & Scale (high-level): Moving away from API keys to enterprise-grade security using AWS IAM service roles and SigV4 authentication, ensuring your agents are secured.
Building Elastic Cloud Serverless on Kubernetes: Lessons from Operating at Cloud Scale
Running a serverless platform on top of Kubernetes sounds straightforward in theory, until real-world scale exposes the limits of autoscaling, scheduling, and cluster design.
In this talk, I'd like to share our journey building Elastic Cloud Serverless on Kubernetes and the operational challenges we encountered while running highly dynamic, multi-tenant workloads at cloud scale. I’ll walk through the architectural decisions behind our Kubernetes-backed control plane, including why we adopted a multi-cluster, cell-based design, where standard HPA/VPA fell short, and how we approached custom autoscaling, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
Rather than focusing on product features, this session dives into practical lessons and trade-offs: what broke under load, what worked in production, and what we would do differently if we were starting today. We’ll also cover networking considerations, capacity planning, and the realities of operating large Kubernetes fleets reliably and cost-effectively.
This talk is aimed at platform engineers, SREs, and operators who are building or running Kubernetes platforms at scale and want concrete, experience-driven insights into designing resilient and scalable cloud-native systems.
Monitoring Microservices with APM and RUM using Elasticsearch
In the era of microservices architecture, monitoring and maintaining performance is crucial for seamless operation and user satisfaction. Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Realtime User Monitoring (RUM), when integrated with Elasticsearch, provide comprehensive insights into both server-side and client-side performance. APM captures detailed metrics on response times, error rates, and throughput across various microservices, enabling real-time analysis and issue diagnosis. RUM focuses on the end-user experience, gathering data on page load times and user interactions directly from users' browsers. This integration allows for unified monitoring, scalable data handling, customizable dashboards, and proactive issue resolution, ensuring your microservices architecture operates efficiently and delivers a reliable, high-performing user experience.
