She is the Only Founding Member from India of “OMP, World Forum of Protocol, Image & Communication”, founded in 2020 with founding members from over 50+ countries.

At home, she serves as National President of the WICCI Image Consulting Council leading State Presidents of 15 states of India. She is the Founding President of AICI India Mumbai Chapter and the only Indian to serve as President of both AICI India-Delhi & AICI India-Mumbai Chapters. Sonia is also the India Chair for G100 Leadership & Entrepreneurial Education Wing.

She has brought many AICI CEU-approved programs to India, including World's 1st Advanced Soft Skills Program. She has mentored many established image consultants in India and globally and created opportunities for them.

She has over 14 years of experience in Personal Branding, Image Management, Executive Coaching & Training, Market Research, and Consumer Behaviour with 15000+ training hours, 450+ One-on-One clients, and over 300,000+ training Participants trained to date.

She launched BPOSH Image Consultants in 2011 and worked with Fortune 500 companies, India's top companies, and start-ups such as Reliance, P&G, Adani, Tech Mahindra, Nomura, etc. are among her corporate clients. She works closely with many C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, politicians, and celebrities on personal branding and image management. She has launched and has been instrumental in revamp of a few of India's top personal brands.

She believes in giving back and is serving as the President of "VISHIPSA," a Non-Government Organization (NGO) working in empowerment, education, soft skills & image training for underprivileged women and children in India and has served as the Treasurer for 15 years.
