Sparsh Jain is an AI leader and founding builder working at the intersection of machine learning, infrastructure, and real-world deployment. He currently leads product development at Key AI, building security infrastructure for the emerging agentic AI ecosystem, designing systems that monitor AI interactions, detect vulnerabilities, and generate actionable risk insights at scale.

He also leads AI Tinkerers, where he organizes and collaborates with engineers and researchers globally through large-scale AI hackathons and community initiatives.

Previously, Sparsh has worked on quant ML systems at Wells Fargo and conducted ML research at NTU Singapore. His work focuses on taking AI from experimentation to production, spanning agentic workflows, LLM pipelines, and scalable data systems.
