Spence Taylor (He/Him) is a Lead Developer Relations Engineer at New Relic and is based in Los Angeles. A founding engineer on the Logs team, he brings hands-on observability experience to his role. Spence specializes in creating interactive content that makes complex monitoring concepts accessible to developers. His unconventional path to tech--from the US Navy to fine dining kitchens --gives him a unique lens on problem-solving. When Spence isn't demystifying telemetry data, he's exploring global cuisines and collecting passport stamps.
