Spirt is currently a Development & Relationship Manager for JP Morgan’s Leadership Edge’s Training and Development Team where she support the Manager and Executive training Programs for LATAM, Canada and Corporate Responsibility & DEI.

Prior to joining Leadership, Edge Spirit was a Product Owner within the Retail Operations and Innovation space focused on Branch Tablet Infrastructure. This unique space is where AGILE, Ops, and Technology collaborate to improve and implement tablets to retail branch associates, Branch Managers, and Market Directors to expand their internal reach, improve the client experience. She was also a Project Manager in the CCB Chief Administrative Office Which was a welcome and exciting challenge as she shifted from Technology to the Business side of the firm.

However, the majority of her time at Chase has been within the Technology space in GTI and Corporate Technology where she was a Senior Portfolio Project Manager with Corporate Infrastructure where she managed the CTO Finance tower which has the largest book of work in the CTI group.

Spirit holds an MBA in Organizational & Project Management from Ashford University, with an undergraduate focus in Business and Logistics and is currently pursing her Product Owner Certification and will begin her PhD studies in 2024.

She has a strong passion for training, facilitation, and the professional development of others, inspiring them in their personal journey while encouraging confidence and discipline to promote successful outcomes and is the founder of external volunteer leadership initiatives Ambassadors 4 Change which is a local homeless outreach program to support our neighbors in need, Level Up Society focus on confidence building and Paws of Love Giant Dog Breed Rescue & Rehoming
