Stefan Reith ist Diplom-Ingenieur Maschinenbau und ausgebildeter systemischer Organisationsentwickler mit über 20 Jahren internationaler Erfahrung in Automotive und industrieller Produktion. Nach internationalen Stationen übernahm er bei JUMO GmbH & Co. KG Führungsverantwortung für Lean-Management, Organisationsentwicklung und strategische Großprojekte. Höhepunkt war der Neubau des €48-Mio.-Werks "Sensilo" – schneller und günstiger als geplant, wissenschaftlich begleitet, mit Vorbildcharakter für die Branche. Seit 2022 begleitet er Unternehmen als unabhängiger Berater bei Organisationsentwicklungen und komplexen Projekten.
