I began as a researcher and lecturer at the same university where I earned my Master’s in Computer Engineering. Later, I transitioned to the tech industry, developing enterprise solutions that combined academic rigor with the pragmatic approach of consultancy. I focused on designing architectures with open-source technologies and developed a strong interest in agile project governance. After more than a decade as a technical team lead, I moved into leadership roles as Chief Architect and, eventually, Chief Technology Officer.
