Nobody ever reads corporate biographies, so here is a little story: I'm old enough that my first browser was Netscape - I started using the internet when the web was a couple of years old and Yahoo! was the biggest search engine. That was about 30 years ago.
Today, only the richest half of the world's population has internet access. The bottom half, in the meantime, remains unconnected.
How long do you think it will take to reach them? I don't know either, but this is why we created Kiwix - so that people can access content without the need for permanent connectivity.

The future is offline.
It took thirty years to bring connectivity to the richest half of the world. How long will it take to bring it to the poorest half? AI is great, but it doesn't run on a refugee's 2014 cell phone.
Online educational projects must be first thought out with offline in mind, lest they miss their objective and further the digital divide.
