Stephen is the owner of RSQ Training, LLC, which provides lay and professional responder training, orienteering and map reading training, and sUAS pilot instruction, and Lost Person Behavior certification. Stephen is a retired USMC CWO-3 Intelligence Officer, with a background in communications, imagery intelligence, planning, and operations.
Stephen volunteers as an Emergency Services Officer for the Civil Air Patrol in which he is a qualified Inland SAR Planner, Ground Branch Director, and sUAS Instructor Pilot. Stephen also volunteers with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office SAR Team and Stafford County Community Emergency Response Team. Stephen's professional education includes a BA and MA in Intelligence Studies with focuses on Intelligence Collection and Operations.
