Stephy is a Microsoft MVP (PowerPoint & Accessibility) and founder of Pixel Lab, a studio specializing in accessible and usable digital experiences across presentations, websites, and apps. Over 20+ years in presentation and UX design — including an accessibility specialization since 2019 — she's spoken at dozens of conferences, co-founded the Presentation Guild, and built a career on making dense standards like WCAG feel less like a legal document and more like common sense. She's the creator of the SCHIT framework (Sight, Cognition, Hearing, Interaction, Technology), a plain-language way to organize accessibility criteria, and is currently building out a physical card-deck product and companion book based on it. Stephy is also developing a TED-style talk on Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria and late-diagnosed neurodivergence in women — bringing the same blend of technical expertise and personal candor to a topic most professional circuits haven't touched yet. Her sessions are known for being funny, sharp, and genuinely useful — not another accessibility talk that ends in "just follow WCAG."
