Steve Correia has been a paid professional computer geek since 1992 mostly because he's a geek who can speak. He's also taught college-level communication classes, led marriage and parent classes, and refereed ice hockey. He currently works for Microsoft and performs as an Arizona Renaissance Festival cast member and with the Blue Box Improv troupe (blueboximprov.com). Steve fundamentally believes when you raise your communication competence by changing your mindset, learning improv skills, and increasing your willingness to have empathy and openness to others, you become a better human. And we need more better humans in the world. His wife Kirstin is a naturopathic physician who owns a thriving Arizona practice and serves at Sunshine Acres Children's Home. His son Skyler is his Ren Faire and improv performance partner and owns Replay Productions, a video production company.
