When the news of becoming a dad of twins turned me from professional drummer to professional computer nerd, I started work as a presales MDM engineer. Then, Windows 10 came along with incredible Surface devices and a new way to manage them. Since that time in early 2016, I have become obsessed with using Intune and eventually, Autopilot, to craft a true "Zero Touch" experience for end-user devices. I have made it my mission to displace traditional management methods where I can and empower organizations to embrace a cloud native endpoint that is more resilient and secure in this hybrid reality.
In 2023, I took my blog site, getrubix.com to more than articles when I started a YouTube channel dedicated to teaching modern management concepts around Intune, Autopilot and Entra ID. In just six months it reached over 1000 subscribers and I proudly host a Discord server of 300 members and growing. I'm thrilled to be part of the amazing Microsoft community of MVPs.
