Currently serving as Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Disney Streaming (Hulu/Disney+), Subhash leads a high-performing team of 25 engineers responsible for orchestrating ad delivery across 12 Disney platforms, driving over $800 million in annual revenue. He has spearheaded groundbreaking projects, including the YODA algorithm that optimized ad revenue (resulting in a patent filing), the biddable revenue algorithm, and the launch of live ads across ESPN+, Hulu Live, and Disney+. His leadership was instrumental in delivering Disney+ LATAM’s ad-supported subscription model across 18 countries, as well as the full-stack DRAX 2.0 platform integrating multiple DSPs and SSPs for programmatic advertising.
