Sudhakar Reddipalli is a seasoned IT executive with over 21 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise and digital transformation initiatives across global organizations. He currently serves as Associate Director at Gilead Sciences, where he leads a multi-hundred-million-dollar, multi-year global ERP transformation program, directing the strategic migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to SAP S/4HANA.
In this role, Sudhakar oversees enterprise ERP architecture, functional and technical development and testing, data migration strategy, and platform modernization, spanning on-premises and cloud-based SAP BTP solutions. He leads globally distributed, cross-functional teams and collaborates closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful execution, scalability, and alignment with enterprise objectives.

His work included greenfield SAP implementations for Food & Beverage manufacturing plants, rolling out SAP solutions to new regions, large-scale global SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions, and the design of cloud-native enterprise platforms leveraging Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). He also pioneered IoT-enabled manufacturing analytics solutions and implemented real-time data integration pipelines, significantly improving operational visibility and decision-making.
Earlier in his career, Sudhakar spent nine years at Infosys, progressing to Project Manager, where he managed end-to-end SAP implementations, system upgrades, and enterprise support programs for major clients in the utilities, mining, and services sectors. He demonstrated strong delivery ownership, stakeholder engagement, and leadership of large global teams.
