Sufian is a Multi-Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Programme Director, and one of a small number of practitioners globally to hold Authorised Instructor status across all three major cloud hyperscalers - AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform simultaneously.

With over 12 years of hands-on experience spanning cloud architecture, industrial IoT, and AI programme design, Sufian is currently Director of Learning at IN4 Group, where he leads a multi-million-pound portfolio of technology skills programmes delivered across the UK under government contracts. He has upskilled 3,000+ learners, advised 100+ organisations, and is currently working with SMEs and public organisations in the North West on AI adoption across multiple cloud platforms.

His current focus is Agentic AI, designing and prototyping autonomous AI workflows using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, and Microsoft Foundry, and translating these into practical, production-ready use cases for enterprise and public sector clients. He has spoken on agentic AI and practical AI adoption at the Greater Manchester Business Network, Salford Business School, MCT Summit Japan 2025, and the India MCT Marathon 2025.

Sufian is an AWS Community Star, Intel Software Innovator, and IEEE-published researcher. He founded Atria IoT Labs in India, benefiting over 1,000 university students through partnerships with ARM, AWS, Google Cloud, and GitHub.
