Over his career, he has advised leading global organizations across industries including retail, power and utilities, chemicals, life sciences, and healthcare, helping them strengthen their security posture and compliance frameworks.
At Capri Holdings, overseeing brands such as Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace, Sujan provides strategic guidance on cyber governance and vulnerability management. He develops and executes enterprise-wide IT audit plans, designs robust internal controls for SAP S/4 HANA implementations, and aligns cybersecurity initiatives with regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and other industry standards. His work includes enhancing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, leading continuous control monitoring, and driving automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk exposure.
Previously with Deloitte, Sujan led numerous large-scale security and controls implementations for clients in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, and retail. He designed ERP security frameworks, implemented identity access management solutions, and developed custom segregation-of-duties rules to mitigate access risks. His expertise includes deploying SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control to automate user provisioning, access risk analysis, and compliance monitoring.
