Sünje Lorenzen holds a diploma in Economics (University of Hamburg) and an Master of Science in Business Psychology (University of Bremen). She was a research assistant and lecturer at the University of Bremen, guest lecturer at the University of Innsbruck, and deputy professor at the Neubrandenburg
University of Applied Sciences. Lorenzen is a Professor of Business Psychology at the BSP Business and Law School in Hamburg, a certified supervisor, coach, and organizational consultant (DGSv), and a psychosocial online consultant (DGOB). Her main fields of work in research and teaching are creativity and innovation management, geriatric and care research, New Work and AI, and qualitative research methods.
