Arrived in the IT world in 2019 following a professional reconversion.
Previously I worked in the health sector where I was both a practitioner and trainer for 10 years.

I started as a Dev and I only worked in agile environments (well +or -) and especially in SAFE.
I quickly became a Jira administrator. Currently, I am an Atlassian consultant and I have launched a community of practice around agility in my new company.

I passed my Scrum Master certification one year later and it was an enlightenment for me.
The philosophy and the humanistic values of agility are a leitmotiv in my personal and professional life and are in total adequacy with my values.

Auparavant j'exerçais dans la santé ou j'étais à la fois praticien et formateur pendant 10 ans.

J'ai commencé en tant que Dev et je n'ai travaillé que dans des environnements agile (enfin +ou -) et notamment en SAFE.
