An educational technology, digital innovation, and strategic transformation leader with over 20 years of experience across the MENA region and Canada specializing in curriculum development, technology integration, teacher training, and AI literacy, with a strong focus on building practical and responsible approaches to innovation in education.
Leading AI ethics, governance, and implementation aligned with the Responsible AI in Learning (RAIL) framework, which focuses on the safe, ethical, and responsible use of AI in schools, this work contributed to a school receiving the RAIL Endorsement and being featured in international education publications focused on AI and innovation in learning.
Work also includes developing digital strategies, policies, and frameworks related to AI, safeguarding, acceptable use, and data protection, alongside leading innovation initiatives such as technology summits, STEM and robotics programs, digital examinations, and innovation spaces that support future ready learning.
Additional initiatives include parent digital awareness programs and student innovation projects that connect technology with cultural identity, such as Pearl Guardian. Strongly advocates for the importance of Arabic digital content and culturally grounded innovation in education.
Regularly contributing to regional educational and leadership events as a speaker and panelist, sharing practical approaches to responsible AI, digital transformation, strategic innovation, and educational leadership.
