Tammy has worked in the education field for 28 years. As the current Assistant Superintendent and SELPA Director for a multi-district SELPA with 43 LEA’s and 5 charters, she oversees all special education and related services throughout Tulare County, including Homeless & Foster Youth Education, Behavioral and Mental Health Services, Court and Community programs and Part C Services, serving students 0-3 years of age. Ms. Bradford was named Tulare County ACSA Region Special Education Administrator of the year in both 2014 and 2023, ACSA Region 11 Special Education Administrator of the Year in 2023 and most recently Tulare County’s Excellence in Education Administrator of the Year 2023. As a leader with many accolades, she has brought innovation, vision and relationship-building skills to her many roles and as she continues to lead a team of over 900, with a servant leadership style at the forefront.
