Tanya Hallett is the an award winning, trauma informed practice and diversity, equity and inclusion specialist. After teaching in some of WA's hardest to staff schools, she decided to take what she had learned outside of education and into the corporate and government world. She is the founder and CEO of TIPT. She specialises in building trauma informed workplaces, mental health and well being, and building team culture through psychological safety and mitigating psychosocial risk. She is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a Grief First Aid Instructor, and a LEGO Serious Play facilitator.
