Tanya has been working within Data & Analytics for 20 years, in many different industries – including higher education, finance and NFP’s. Tanya’s work spans both technology and business, turning corporate strategies into data-driven outcomes. Her extensive technical and operational experience ranges from implementing databases and data lakes to Data Fabrics, MDM’s, automated reporting, Machine Learning models, intelligent processes and standing up analytics functions. Tanya now heads up the Data & Analytics function of a technology consulting company where she is actively training the new generation of analysts to deliver valuable outcomes to clients of all sizes and industries.
