Tao Chun Liu is an international speaker, trainer, and project delivery practitioner working at the intersection of AI, Agile, and business analysis. Rather than talking about AI in the abstract, he builds with it — AI agents, MCP integrations, no-code chatbots, and automation pipelines wired into real project workflows — and teaches teams to do the same.

With seven years in AI and eight in Agile, Tao has led more than 3,500 sprints as a Scrum Master and coach, and delivered over 80 GenAI workshops across 35 countries. His sessions cover agentic AI, human-AI collaboration in delivery, AI for business analysis, and game-based ways to teach Scrum that actually stick.

He works across Traditional, Generative, and Agentic AI, and designs for communities often left out of the tooling — including Kiswahili, Arabic, and Ubuntu-informed contexts. His focus is on moving teams from AI curiosity to working, measurable practice.
