TaQuonda Hill is a strategic, results-driven leader in Global Change and Transformation, known for delivering impactful outcomes across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. With a proven track record leading global transformation programs, software implementations, organizational realignments, and M&A change strategies, she brings a powerful blend of business acumen and financial insight to every endeavor.

Currently serving as General Manager of IT Transformation at Delta Air Lines, TaQuonda leads some of the organization’s most ambitious initiatives, including its largest Cloud Migration and People Enablement program. Her work is central to operationalizing a new, product-centric Cloud Target Operating Model, designed to drive innovation and modernize ways of working across all IT portfolios and operations.

TaQuonda’s career spans leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and top-tier Big 4 consulting firms, where she has consistently championed transformation excellence and organizational effectiveness. She is also a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), serving as a Corporate Ambassador and thought leader in this space.

Beyond her corporate achievements, TaQuonda is the Co-Founder and Vice President of The Fortitude Collective, a platform dedicated to creating empowering spaces for women to connect, grow, and lead. She is a servant leader in her community, having held executive board roles in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she chaired the Social Action & Political Involvement Committee. She is also an active member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women – Atlanta Chapter and Lake Spivey Chapter of Jack & Jill of America.

TaQuonda holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master’s in Human Resource Management. Known as a visionary strategist and dynamic engagement curator, she brings energy, clarity, and purpose to every room she enters. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and cherishing moments with her husband and children.
