Grounded in high quality research and evidence-based transformative and culturally responsive implementation strategies, Dr. Madden-Dent collaborates with diverse stakeholder teams using a multi-tiered system of supports framework and CASEL-approved best practices to help create more coherent and equity-focused team cultures that reinforce trusting relationships, adult/student SEL capacity, and inclusive environments leveraging diverse perspectives, knowledge, and skills.
