Five Wells of Leadership
Be well spoken. Be well read. Be well traveled. Be well dressed. And BE WELL BALANCED!
To attract, grow and retain Top Talent a leader has to wear all sorts of hats. But leaving the Dark Ages of sales management, and moving into the realm of self-fulfilling sustainable leadership is the outcome of building a strong foundation by focusing on personal accountability and self improvement. The old adage, "Leaders eat last" is set aside in the New Normal where I hope to encourage audiences to move away from the activity management systems of the past and to lead into self care. The HBCU "Five Wells" is used as a foundation to walk field leaders through a new paradigm which will result in broadened recruiting and leadership horizons, allowing for authentic connection to a wide array of diverse candidates, and a whole lot of self-indulgent fun for participants. Workshop participants will walk away with a thoughtful self assessment and call to action for the balance of 2024 and beyond!
