Tashia Martin is the Managing Director of Program Integration at BRICK Education Network where she develops and oversees the implementation of BRICK's Ubuntu SEL, culture and restorative justice programming, and coaches administrators and social workers. For almost 20 years, Tashia has served children, parents, and educators in NJ, NY, and PA as a clinician, culture and climate strategist, consultant and district administrator.
Ms. Martin is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work Non Profit and Public Management, holds a Certificate in DEI, and is a Restorative Practices Trainer. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Tashia recognizes the importance of supporting young people and adults to disrupt negative self-concepts with redefined and affirmed power and esteem. Her life’s purpose is to help individuals and communities break cycles and restore legacy by leveraging a culture of collectivism and the power of “I Am”.
