TechXas Con is the Tech Conference specifically created for the Texas. Join the best of Texas State's tech community for learning, networking and discussions on the future of tech. TechXas Con 2025 will convene over 2000 tech professionals, entrepreneurs, investors and students residing in Texas from July 14 – 16 at the Marriott Marquis Houston.
This event will include 80+ speakers covering sessions related to Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Software Development, Security, Startups & Investing, and so much more, over the course of 3 days. This is our inaugural conference as we plan to put the entire state of Texas on the big stage in Tech.

Speaker Sessions should be 30-45 minutes long and should cover content related to one or more of our 5 different speaker tracks:
- The Present & Future of Tech
- Software Development
- Cloud Computing & Security
- Product & Design
- Startups & Investing
Information shared in Speaker Sessions should go beyond ReadMe documentations and should educate the audience.
*We do not encourage speakers that are trying to market a product or service unless such product/service is a very essential aspect of the related content.
Speakers are allowed to propose curated sessions (panels). You will need to provide the information of other panelists on the session during your submission.
Workshop Submissions are also available. Workshops at the Conference are technical deep-dives and are 90 minutes long.
Selected speakers living outside of the Houston area will receive roundtrip accommodations and two (2) hotel nights at our host hotel upon request*
*Note: We strongly encourage speakers to see if their respective companies will sponsor their flights and hotels to the Conference.
