Tee Obi is an experienced HR strategist and recruiter with over 15 years in full 360-degree HR roles, currently specialising in global talent management and employment relations. As Head of HR and Talent at Reapool, she leads HR strategies for blockchain and AI teams, ensuring alignment with the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Tee's career spans roles at global companies such as Nomad Digital, PwC, and Société Générale, where she developed expertise in performance management, recruitment, compensation negotiation, compliance, global mobility, and employee relations across multiple regions. She holds a degree in Employment Relations and HR with Policy from the University of Kent, as well as CIPD certifications in People Management, Inclusive Management, and Leadership, Neurodiversity in the Workplace from NBS, and Blockchain Technology and Applications from UCL London.

Tee is actively involved in the Web3 community, having spoken at numerous events, including hosting an International Women’s Day event at the UK Houses of Parliament. She has also facilitated over 100 educational Web3 spaces in clubhouse and X since 2021.

When not focused on HR, Tee expresses her creativity through mindful abstract art, with her first collection on the Blockchain selling out in 2021, on OpenSea in just 30 minutes.
