Telisha Latham, a Doctoral Student in Education Law, is a Special Education Instructional Supervisor Specialist for Judson ISD. She is Nationally Board Certified as a Special Educator and Advocate. With over 30 years of experience, she holds master's degrees from Texas A&M and Texas State. Mrs. Latham serves on the Journal of the American Academy of Special Education Professionals (JAASEP) Editorial Board and Rock Haus Froundation Board. She specializes in helping leaders bridge the gap between behavioral stabilization and academic success.
