Teresa Rule is a nonprofit leader, educator, and climate resilience strategist working at the intersection of sustainability, community resilience, and ethical technology. As founder of Blackbird Global Foundation and co-leader of RNT Cyber Academy, she helps communities and institutions navigate the twin challenges of climate disruption and digital transformation, with a particular focus on frontline and Indigenous communities. A PhD candidate in Sustainability Education at Prescott College, she combines global storytelling, systems thinking, and participatory methods to help campuses and their surrounding communities understand climate vulnerability, design just and resilient responses, and communicate complex risks in ways that drive action. An experienced workshop facilitator and conference presenter, Teresa collaborates with educators, practitioners, and community partners to co-create solutions that are locally grounded, equity-centered, and globally informed.
