I’m Kingsley Enagu, the Creative Director and CEO of The LightWay, a creative-tech startup dedicated to empowering designers and developers through collaboration, innovation, and education.

For over five years, I’ve worked passionately as a Photoshop designer with growing expertise in Firefly and user experience (UX). My design journey began in 2020 with a love for visual storytelling — transforming ideas into meaningful digital experiences — and has evolved into a mission to bridge creativity with technology.

Through The LightWay, I’ve trained and mentored 100+ creatives across Nigeria, both virtually and in person, helping them build practical design skills and adapt to the rapid changes driven by AI. I’m also deeply involved in developing collaborative software that supports other designers and developers, fostering a more connected and innovative creative ecosystem.

Currently, I’m expanding my knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, exploring how these technologies can enhance creativity, automate workflows, and reshape how we think about design.

At my core, I believe that creativity and technology are not competitors but collaborators — and my mission is to help the next generation of creatives unlock their potential by merging human imagination with intelligent tools.
